From history to the present DK Real Estate was founded in 2016 by the current Managing Director, Dennis Kowtzun. He started his career in IT systems engineering at the German Armed Forces, where he acquired his technical know-how on a professional level. Later, as a comprehensively trained real estate agent in a world-renowned real estate company, his focus was on real estate in the investment segment. His extensive knowledge of the IT industry and of topics related to the Berlin real estate market, as well as his ability to recognize unused potential, are now incorporated into the innovative services of his company. In 2017, Dorian Rouhani, who studied industrial engineering and specialized in civil engineering, became a member of the management board. His well-founded specialist knowledge of project management and his extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and development enrich the concept of DK Real Estate comprehensively. A concept that aims not only to offer its customers a perfect all-round service, but also to convince them with an innovative brokerage service. The basis for this is a highly motivated team and a clearly defined goal - to give the customer what he needs - a personal, trusting and transparent cooperation as well as individual solutions for the implementation of the best results.
